Sunday Stamps ~ Butterflies Take Flight :)

Sunday is here again and you know what that means... Time for my Sunday Stamps post! This week we are working with a lovely sketch by Holly. Take a pop over to http://sundaystamps.blogspot.ca and check us out!!! Challenge sites are a great way to get the creative juices flowing when you are stuck on inspiration :)

TOMORROW we head home to Nova Scotia for 7 weeks!!! I have been looking forward to this trip for about 4 months now lol. Cannot wait to spend time with all of our family and friends and relax having lazy days at the beach :) How I miss the sweet sea air...

I was really happy to see that the Twitterpated DSP made it in to the new Catalogue! It was really pretty and I did not have much time to use it when I first ordered a pack from last year's Occasion Mini. I really love the colour combo and floral designs. I felt it would be the perfect bottom drop for this butterfly creation :)

Our Challenge:

My Card:

I cannot say enough about how much I love the Papillion Potpourri stamp set and coordinating Elegant Butterfly punch! I was a wee bit concerned when I saw they were retiring their butterfly collection from previous years but should have know they had something better in mind :)

Thanks for stoppin' by!

  2. I love your card for our challenge...these butterflies are my new favourites and I love how you've used the Twitterpated colours.
Have a fantastic vacation in Nova Scotia. We just got back yesterday after 15 days. I envy your 7 weeks! I loved it so much - I truly believe it's my long lost home.
    Safe travels!

  3. This is so lovely! I love seeing the Twitterpated paper :) With all the new stuff in the catty, I sometimes forget about it! Your butterflies look gorgeous against the DSP and the embossing is lovely. Have a fantastic time on your trip home! :)
