Sunday Stamps ~ Congrats!

I hope you are all having a nice weekend! I sure am :) Yesterday I was surprised by some of my wonderful friends with a baby shower. I cannot remember the last time I was genuinely surprised, so very sweet of them and a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Baby Kew is one loved little kiddo and he or she has not even arrived yet... Counting down the days now!

Here we are with a colour challenge from Joan this week over at Sunday Stamps http://sundaystamps.blogspot.ca. When I saw these colours I thought they would be perfect for a card I was planning to make for a good friend of mine who also happens to be a stamper, she just had her 2nd son earlier this month! I know this card does not scream BABY but I thought it was a really cute design and wanted to try it out.

Just wanted to take a moment and say how fabulous being an Independent Stampin' UP! Demonstrator is. My Big Shot (after being well loved since becoming a demonstrator, 2 years ago) started to have some issues so I called Demonstrator Support to see if they had any tips on how to fix the problem I was having. Moments later they informed me a BRAND SPANKING NEW Big Shot would be mailed out to me the next day at no expense to me what so ever. I was so impressed by this, because those of you who have a Big Shot know being without it is brutal :)
