Be of Good Cheer, anytime of year!

Hope you are all having a wonderful long weekend!!! Well those of us who live in Canada are celebrating Victoria Day weekend, but to be honest I am not sure if other countries celebrate this weekend as well, my world knowledge is shockingly minimal hehehe My mother in law is in town helping out my brother and sister in law as they just had their second baby not that long ago and so we had a visit with her today. We spent the day at the beach and it was wonderful! I actually got a wee bit too much fun - OUCH! Was paying too much attention to making sure our son didn't get a burn and not enough on myself it appears.

I was OVERYJOYED when my Stampin' UP! 2012-2013 Catalogue preorder arrived on Thursday afternoon but I have been so busy with prior crafting commitments I didn't have a chance to use it until now! Here is my entry for Merry Monday. I used the *NEW* Gumball green card stock and ink and the Be of Good Cheer dsp! I am sooooooooooooooooooooo beyond in love with these new products I just cannot wait to add to my collection in June 1st when the cattie goes live!!!

I decided to just spot colour the Gumball Green leaves and Cherry Cobbler berries and leave the bird and twig blank. I find that this is sometimes a nice way to just highlight the colour of the card.

    Gumball Green looks so fun and fresh! Can't wait to see it when the big reveal comes along for the rest of us. :)

    Great card Hayley! Isnt the new DSP just awesome? I cant wait to get my hands it! That image is one of my favorites and I love how you chose to color it.

    Here in the US today, the 19th, is Armed Forces Day, where we recognize and thank all of our military men and women, both past and present :)
